was set to 100% duty so for all intents, it wasn't even a factor. When the curves have a smooth sine-wave sort of ripple, that's usually from the boost controller. But when it has sharp, jagged, and irregular ripple to it, especially in the high revs, it is definately misfire. You can also lower the smoothing factor used in the graphing to more closely analyze the plots, which is useful in making the determination on the source.
